Can Skorops handle volunteers and work-exchange staff?
Yes. Volunteers use the same checklists as staff, and completions are timestamped, so you can show that shifts and tasks were distributed fairly. Skorops tracks work-exchange staff as their own employment type.
We have staff from many countries. Will they understand it?
Each person sets their own language from seven. Task instructions can include photos, so a new arrival learns the standard from the checklist rather than from a colleague who is busy.
