Pick a template
Start from the built-in hostel, hotel, restaurant, retail or office inspection (the hostel one alone has 214 items), or clone and edit your own.

Walk the property
Section by section on a phone: pass or fail, 1 to 5 ratings, notes and photos. Progress saves as you go, so a draft can be resumed later.

Report lands in the inbox
Completing the audit scores every section, compares against the last inspection, lists what to fix first, and emails a PDF to the auditor and every admin.

Is SkorAudit included in the price?
SkorAudit is included on the Pro plan and available per location on other plans; the price is shown at signup and under Billing, and you can turn it on or off per location at any time.
What happens to inspection photos?
Photos are used to build the PDF and are then deleted from SkorOps. Photos on an inspection left unfinished for 7 days are deleted automatically, with a reminder on day 5. The emailed PDF is the record.
Who can run an inspection?
Admins can run and review inspections at every location. Managers can run them at the locations they manage and see their own reports. Staff have no access.
