Skor started as an internal tool inside a multi-country hostel group, built to answer one question every operator asks at the end of a shift: did the work actually get done? It is tested daily across 8+ ITH Hostels, and it is still shaped by the people running those desks.
What we believe
Built on a real floor
Skor was not designed in a workshop. It came out of running hostels, where the closing shift either happened or it did not, and the difference showed up in the reviews the next morning.
The standard has to survive you
Any operation can hold a standard while the owner is watching. The job of the software is to hold it on the night nobody is watching.
Staff are not the problem
People do not skip the laundry handover out of spite. They skip it because nobody wrote it down, nobody owned it, and nobody noticed. Skor fixes all three.
Small teams deserve real tools
Enterprise ops platforms are priced for chains with an ops department. A six-person cafe has the same problem and none of the budget. That gap is the whole business.
The company
Skor Systems builds Skor and its add-ons, SkorCover for employment policy compliance and SkorVault for shared credentials. We are a small, independent team. No outside board deciding what your shift needs.
