Load your policies
Start from the California and Federal policy packs or upload your own. SOPs live alongside them.

Staff sign on their phone
Each person reads and e-signs. The signature carries a server timestamp, IP and user agent, and the policy text is snapshotted so the record survives edits.

Unsigned means blocked
A new or renewed policy has a due date. Past it, the app hard-blocks that person until they sign, so nobody can say they never saw it.

Is an e-signature in SkorCover legally valid?
SkorCover follows the ESIGN Act pattern: a consent disclosure before signing, a timestamped record with IP and device, and a stored copy of the exact text signed. Whether a given policy is enforceable is a question for your employment counsel.
Does it work for volunteers and work-exchange staff?
Yes. Any person in your workspace can be assigned policies, including work-exchange agreements.
