Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

All eligible Skoreboard plans include a 30-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no charge. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged.

All Charges Are Non-Refundable

All subscription charges are non-refundable. This applies to all plan tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise), all add-on modules (SkorVault, SkorCover), and all billing intervals (monthly and annual).

By subscribing to Skoreboard, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are final. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, feature non-use, or change-of-mind cancellations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Admin Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until that date.

Cancellation stops future charges. It does not entitle you to a refund of any charges already made.

Exception: Verified Duplicate Charges

The only exception to our no-refund policy is a verified duplicate charge — meaning you were billed twice for the exact same subscription period due to a billing system error. In that case, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

To report a duplicate charge, contact myskorops@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the relevant charge details. We will investigate and issue a refund if a duplicate charge is confirmed.
