Scores and leaderboards
Recognition with the receipts to back it up.
Every completed task earns its points. Scores roll up per person, per team and per property, and a weekly leaderboard shows who is winning and who needs support. Personal-best streaks keep the slower half engaged.

How it works
01
Points reflect priority
The float count is worth more than restocking the maps. Points make the triage explicit when a shift runs short on time.
02
Three views, not one
Individual score for the person and the manager, team score for everyone, personal-best streaks for each profile.
03
Recognise in specifics
Two minutes a week: who closed six nights with every photo in, whose handover caught the boiler fault. The scores give you the facts.
Scores and leaderboards questions
Will a leaderboard demotivate my slower staff?
It can if rankings are the only signal. Skorops also shows team scores and personal-best streaks in each profile. Research finds points and leaderboards raise task completion but not motivation on their own, so we pair scoring with recognition and coaching.
Can staff game the points?
Any task can require photo proof, so a point cannot be earned without evidence. Managers see timestamps on every completion.
